Structure

Dave Clark Design Associates has been responsible for creating, designing and working with many iconic brands familiar throughout Australasia.

The four shareholders and leaders within the company, have worked together for well over ten years. Our clients enjoy direct access to these key people as they work actively across all three studios. A single point of contact is assigned for day-to-day service requests and project requirements.

Continuity of staffing has always been important to us – and we pride our company on keeping long term relationships with our staff. The resulting mix of skills, and institutional memory of clients and projects, leads to happy clients and repeat business (our practical marker of success).

Brand conception. We create international quality brand work from the All Blacks to Air New Zealand to ANZ Private Bank.

Brand delivery. We roll out timely, crisply executed, brand launches and implementations on a local or global scale.

Brand guardianship. We work closely across corporate teams and any appointed agencies to ensure your brand's consistency and integrity.

Customer Experience. We deliver communication material that is beautiful, functional and seamless across a variety of touchpoints, ensuring an enhanced customer experience.

Internal Communications. We work within internal communication systems to deliver brand and campaign messages to your staff.

Leadership

Dave Clark

Principal

Dave has been practising as a designer in New Zealand and Australia for over 30 years. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, an Honored Associate of Auckland University of Technology, and several-times-President of the NZ Designers Institute.

Dave recently received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Designers Institute of New Zealand for his work in furthering New Zealand's design culture.

Andy Brown

General Manager

Andy has worked as the lead project and production manager on many national and regional corporate branding projects throughout his career.

With broad experience drawn from New Zealand’s leading design and print studios, Andy’s role is to ensure our clients receive the highest levels of creative work and client service.

Andrew Smith

Creative Director

Andrew takes the lead design role on all major brand projects, as well as supervising and directing all ancillary work. He has earned a reputation as a talented and intelligent creative director.

Leading by example, Andrew brings a mixture of branding knowledge and strong visual execution to your projects.

Jonathan Tillick

Digital Director

Jonathan ensures that a customer's interactive experience with a brand is authentic and rewarding. He believes a brand's integrity should grow through its expression in digital media.

With the end user always in mind, Jonathan finds creative, functional ways to make the intersection of branding and technology a good place to be.
