Buddle Findlay’s website always housed a wealth of content, but finding it or knowing who to contact next wasn’t always easy. What they needed was someone to come along and order it into a logical structure. Key to this was a responsive website that ticked the boxes for international growth, thought leadership and right connections. Based on stakeholder interviews and business analysis we developed a balanced top-level site, with access to deep, specific content from the homepage.    

We also re-wrote page summaries in consultation with client to be punchier and more accessible. The new site features rich linking to encourage new user pathways, exposure to relevant content firm-wide and clear links from content to real people and next steps. Confident yet approachable in design, it places people at the heart of the business and incorporates Buddle Findlay’s graduation programme (previously a microsite) for greater cohesion.
